I am interested in non-equilibrium phase transitions in strongly correlated
electron systems (SCES)
and other exotic properties (e.g.,
transport).
(1) Electric field induced metal-transition of Mott insulator.
(2) Photovoltaic transport in graphene and superconductors.
(3) Related subjects in quantum chaos, quantum information.
(4) Application in SCES-electronics, nonvolatile memory (RRAM, CERM)
(5) Superconductivity and magnetic transition in correlated
electron system out of equilibrium.
